This class will provide students with an in-depth musical education on a specific instrument of students choice. They will learn how to be self-sufficient learners so they can be well equipped to practice at home. Lastly, they will learn how to collaborate musically with others. 

• Class Size: 2-3 students 

• Requirements: Must Participate in 1 of the 3 Recitals per year 

• Ages: 5+

• Instruments taught: Violin, Viola, Cello, Piano, Voice

Students who would like to learn an instrument in a serious manner. Students will receive an in-depth musical education. This class is designed for those who have the time for daily practice, don’t have many extracurricular activities, and/or would like to pursue music in the future whether in an ensemble, orchestra, high school, college etc. 

• Requirements: Must participate in 2 of the 3 recitals offered per year. Must participate in 1 workshop offered per year. Must complete weekly practice logs and/or video submission. 1 absence is allowed per trimester. 

• Ages: 8+

• Instruments: Violin, Viola, Cello, Piano, Voice

To meet the student where they are in their development, strengths/ challenges and thoughtfully prepare music lessons to meet those needs. This is a very individualized class, more focused on the benefits of music for disabilities. Classes can be offered 1-2x per week depending on the goals/needs of students.

Students who would like to learn an instrument privately, but would like to learn music as a hobby/for fun. Geared for those who don’t have a lot of time per week to commit to daily practice sessions. Also geared for those who are involved in other extracurricular activities.
